An online store, run like a system.
I'm Dimitris Panides, an e-commerce manager in Cyprus. I own the online channel end to end, from conversion to fulfilment.
€10M+ in online sales since 2020, growing 20% a year.
What the channel has done since 2020.

Recent work on the storefront.
I rebuilt the front page as a shopping surface, and the same stretch covered navigation, a vendor landing page and the seasonal campaign blocks in English and Greek.
The pages themselves, the standard they were held to, and a working sample are on the ecommerce page.
What the job actually is.
The online store, from first click to delivered order.
I own the storefront: how it converts, how it merchandises, and how the orders behind it get out of the door. The commercial decisions and the operational ones sit with the same person, so they stay aligned.
Over a decade in the same business, starting on the floor.
Before e-commerce I sold and managed in-store: laptops, phones, PCs, TVs and Apple, across Windows, Android and iOS. Knowing how the products are actually sold face to face is what makes the online version work.
Six things I am accountable for.
Growth & strategy
Channel priorities and commercial planning tied to revenue targets and category opportunity, not to activity for its own sake.
Conversion & CX
The journey end to end. Fewer drop-offs, smoother buying, more of the traffic turning into orders.
Digital sales
Merchandising, promotions and pricing presentation across the storefront and the digital channels feeding it.
IT & purchasing
Sourcing and purchasing strategy, plus the technical backbone that keeps the store trading. Both sides of the same problem: having the right stock, and being able to sell it.
Technical sales
Translating specifications into the reason a customer should care.
Planning & scaling
Process discipline, so the things that work can be repeated at volume without the operation breaking underneath them.
From the sales floor to the storefront.

If you are building something online that has to convert and then has to scale, that is the work I do. Tell me what it sells, roughly what it takes, and the part that is not working.
I read everything myself and reply within a day.
